We are an internationally operating patent law firm and were formerly known as KNH patent attorneys. We decided to change our name in order to express the core of our modus operandi: Passion.

By this we mean the passion for people, the passion for their innovations, products and brands and lastly, but most importantly the passion to protect these. Because for decades commitment, creativity and perseverance, as well as the overt technical and legal expertise, have been our figureheads.

We truly believe that these factors are, in the turbulent times that we live in, a key to our success. Besides all professional competence, we see humaneness as an important element for cooperating and many of our clients share this philosophy – the majority we have accompanied for many years.
