Ditmar Neumann studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen University and has been admitted to practice as a German patent attorney in 1991. He is a European Patent Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney and obtained a Master of Laws degree within the framework of the master’s program in European Intellectual Property Law.
He was involved in the management of various patent law firms, co-founded KNH Patentanwälte and finally turned them into KEENWAY. Ditmar Neumann represents his clients in intellectual property matters before the German and European authorities.
As a patent attorney and partner at KEENWAY, Ditmar Neumann advises and represents German and international companies. He counsels his clients in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular in regard to technical property rights and trademarks. Ditmar Neumann has extensive knowledge and skills in patent grant proceedings and in appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office.
